With 30 years experience providing great rentals, we were drawn to the Edmond area 11 years ago for its great quality of life, excellent  schools and wonderful people.  We couldn’t think of a better place to have our rental homes.

Our properties are selected for their outstanding, family-friendly neighborhoods and excellent schools. We always strive to deliver an immaculate, well cared for, comfortable home to our families and to maintain the property in great condition.

We have made it a top priority to develop excellent working relationships with our local Edmond people. We pride ourselves on maintaining a wonderful home for our tenants, and we strive to have any urgent repairs completed as soon as humanly possible.  This means that if anything goes wrong, at any time, we are just a phone call, text message or email away.  We have built solid relationships with professional repairmen who will correct any problems that may arise in your home.

PAYING FEES

Paying your rent has never been this convenient.  You will pay your rent and any other fees by depositing the funds directly in our Chase Bank account by utilizing the Chase Quick Pay Clear XChange system.  This is a FREE and Easy system, and you don’t even need a Chase Bank Account to use it.  Any U.S. bank account can be linked to Quick Pay, and you will be up and running within just a few days.  With Chase Quick Pay you can schedule all your rent deposits in advance so there are no worries.

What this means for you is that you don’t need to worry about envelopes, stamps, mail delays, hunting down your landlord, running out of checks, etc.  You can now pay your fees 24/7/365 from anywhere in the world!!
